The project located at Kannur is a design marvel, The design is focussed on spaciousness and luxury but with a more modern approach. The exterior design is a combination of marbles and CNC design patterns to impart luxury in all nooks and corners of this majestic house. As the house is spread wide the extensive use of marble enhances the luxury appeal of the home.

The symmetrical design approach was followed while designing and height differences were provided to break the monotony of the large scale. Dark shades are prominent here with white as the highlight shade, an exotic landscape in the front makes the house charm in every sense.
