Designed as a single storied home, the sloping roof was adopted to make the home look big. The design style was Victorian style along with a contemporary approach to make this charming home. The main highlight of this is the veranda, which is designed in a Zen style, with exposed concrete walls and dry trees with open roofs for more skylight, hence more ambiance.

The vertical pergolas for the front bedroom enhance the overall look of the home. Roofing was a truss roof with high-quality shingles. The color shades used were white as the primary and brown, grey as complimentary.
