The house is designed in a colonial-styled design with a type roofing and, the roofing style is the highlight of this house and the shingles mark the beauty of the structure .the central wall of the façade is designed with grooves to give it a bit of modern outlook, dark shades complement each other in the design.

Regarding the interiors a modern style is followed overall with earth tones mixed with bright colors here and there, white walls and light-colored flooring brings a sense of space in the house
