The exteriors and interiors for this amazing project in Mangalore reflect luxury and aesthetics at its best. The exterior of the house is designed in the perfect royal style while interiors are designed in modern style. One of the highlights of the exterior is the usage of a single tone colour – Beige. For roofs, blue colour has been used. The material used for roofing is shingles, a new type of material that is more sustainable. For maximum lighting, large windows with floor to lintel have been used. Edges of the design have been highlighted with beading works. Being one of the leading interior designers in Kerala, we have used the highest quality laminates which are flexible and versatile in nature.  A duct has been provided on the front side for rainwater harvesting and grooves have been used to highlight them. For the interiors, Italian marbles have been used and certain areas have been highlighted using dark shades. For the ceiling, gypsum plus planilaque glass has been used. TV unit is highlighted using projected lighting. To get a natural feeling in the courtyard, landscaping has been used inside with planter box on corners. All the hardware used in the kitchen are made of soft touch technology. The dining table has been highlighted using crockery wall and 3D panelling is used to enhance it.
